Baby yoga description

Baby yoga builds a meaningful connection with you and your baby through movement, play, and touch.  We gently move through poses that benefit both the postnatal body and your new baby. Postnatal yoga reintroduces your body to poses that strengthen your legs, pelvic floor, and abdomen, with a focus on opening your heart center to release tension in the shoulders, neck and back.  Both you and baby will enjoy techniques to calm, aid digestion and massage.
