A Vinyasa Slow Flow class is designed to move the body and mind in a relaxed, yet energizing way. Paired with music and props, this breath-oriented class will excite you for the day ahead while allowing you to easily access your calming thoughts and feelings. Students will flow gently and breathe into poses in order to break a sweat and detoxify the body and mind. Class is accessible to all levels with modifications and amplifications offered throughout practice.
This unique class offers parents a chance to enjoy some “me-time” while the kids enjoy story time and play facilitated by seasoned caregivers.
