Movement has always been a vital component to my life. I have been trained in all styles of dance since the age of five. I received a BA in Modern Dance and Somatics from UWM in 2012 and have continued on to hone my craft in many different arenas since including completing my 200 hour YTT in Hatha Yoga. Dance, for me, was always imaginative, meditative; it took me to another realm. Yoga is like that but on a whole new level, it transforms you in unforeseeable ways. I am so grateful to be able to share this experience with people, to bring awareness and inspire both on and off the mat.
