Thea Kovac

Thea has held classes, workshops and artist residencies in many academic and community venues including MIAD, UWM, Stritch, Alverno, Jewishimage6.JPG Community Center, Jewish Museum Milwaukee, Walkers Point Center for the Arts, Arts@Large, Artists Working in Education, Danceworks, Museum of Wisconsin Art (MOWA), Sharon Lynne Wilson Center, Riveredge Nature Center, Woodland Pattern, Lynden Sculpture Garden, Brookfield Academy, Woodlands School, several MPS schools including Hayes Bilingual School, as well as in private homes. She has taught adults of all ages, children in grades K-3 through high school and special needs children and adults. She also offers Palette Parties: art activities for private celebrations such as birthday and bachelorette parties, wedding guest gatherings, showers, reunions, book clubs and the holidays. She is on the Milwaukee Artist Resource Network (MARN) Advisory Board.
